Project Completion Announcement!

Greenway USA is delighted to have wrapped up our latest project for the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY). The project was located at CUNY Baruch College’s Newman Vertical Campus in Manhattan.

The Newman Vertical Campus (NVC) building was designed to be a traditional college campus in an urban setting. The campus has been honored by the American Institute of Architects with the highest award it offers to an individual building.

 

NVC Terrazzo Flooring Replacement project included the demolition of the existing 20,000 SF of existing terrazzo flooring on the cellar and ground levels with new terrazzo flooring. The project was completed while the campus was fully operational and occupied by students, faculty, staff, and visitors, requiring multiple phases, and both nighttime and day time work hours.
