Project Completion Announcement!

Greenway USA is particularly proud to announce the completion of a this major renovation for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs at the Northport VA Medical Center.

This project required Greenway USA to furnish all necessary professional Construction services to provide complete scope of work to Upgrade the HVAC System for Kitchen and Dining Areas in building 92.

This project addressed the approximately 3,600 square foot kitchen and dining room area of the Community Living Center at the Northport VA Medical Center, 79 Middleville Road, Northport, NY 11768. The project included completing the kitchen construction in the back of the dining room, including construction for deficiencies of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems serving both areas. 

Work included demolition of existing ceilings, walls, piping, plumbing fixtures, exhaust fans, supply, return and exhaust system ductwork, etc. New General Construction included new ceilings, structural steel, platforms, ladders, trim work, finishes, etc. New HVAC construction included installing a new outdoor air handler (chilled water and steam piping), exhaust fans, and all associated ductwork, VAV boxes, reheat piping and controls, including all items as required by the contract drawings and specifications.  

Electrical Work included all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to perform the required electrical and fire alarm construction work on this project including removals of existing equipment and devices as indicated on the drawings and specifications
