Albert Einstein College of Medicine

Ullmann Building 3rd Floor Laboratory Renovation - Bronx, NY

Complete gut and renovation of two lab spaces for conversion into a new wet laboratory, a microscopy suite, researcher office space, and tissue culture room. The job included all demolition, casework, phenolic lab-tops and shelving, flooring, drywall, painting, electrical systems, plumbing systems including lab gases and HVAC work encompassing new ductwork, new Air Handling Units and VAVs, and fume hoods.

3rd & 5th Floor Laboratory Renovations - Bronx, NY

3rd Floor Scope of Work: Complete gut renovation of 1,776 SF Wet Lab inclusive of all demolition, casework, phenolic lab-tops and shelving, flooring, drywall, painting, electrical systems, plumbing systems including lab gases and HVAC work encompassing new ductwork, Fan Coil Unit, fume hoods, snorkel arms, etc. The project also involved the complete construction of a new Tissue Culture room, office and conference room space and separate hazardous storage rooms.

 5th Floor Scope of Work: Complete gut and renovation of two separate wet laboratories (approx. 500SF each), a microscopy suite and researcher office space. Project included all demolition, casework, phenolic lab-tops and shelving, flooring, drywall, painting, electrical systems, plumbing systems including lab gases and HVAC work encompassing new ductwork, new Air Handling Units, and fume hoods.             

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

VA Medical Center - Northport, NY

Demolition of existing ceilings, walls, piping, plumbing fixtures, exhaust fans, supply, return and exhaust system ductwork, etc. New General Construction includes new ceilings, structural steel, platforms, ladders, trim work, finishes, etc. New HVAC construction includes installing a new outdoor air handler (chilled water and steam piping), exhaust fans, and all associated ductwork, VAV boxes, reheat piping and controls.

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

VA Medical Center - Lyons, New Jersey

Scope of Work included mold remediation, demo, and renovation of room 115. Replacing ceiling grid, gypsum walls, and lighting. Providing new walls, ceiling and lighting fixtures, floors, base molding and electrical outlets and switches. Exterior brick pointing and caulking and mortar sealing of exterior walls and windows.

NYS Office of People with Developmental Disabilities

Valatie, NY

H2H Geoscience Engineering, under their contract with DASNY, brought on Greenway USA to renovate two bathrooms at the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities facility in Valatie, NY. Scope of work included a down to the studs renovation with new framing, drywall, doors, electrical and plumbing fixtures, wall tile work, epoxy floors with swanstone walls in shower areas, carpentry and painting.

Albert Einstein College Of Medicine 

Bronx, NY

As General Contractor, Greenway USA performed carpentry and wall repair for the centralized clinical research infrastructure. The building serves multiple functions such as pediatric and adult patient research, mechanistic and integrative physiology, clinical trials, and behavioral studies. Greenway USA team worked in and around patient exams rooms, a procedure suite for intensive protocols which require multiple blood drawings and close patient observation, staff offices and a full kitchen. This project was performed during both on and off hours requiring a tremendous amount of coordination with public, facility and staff working in and around our work areas.

VA Medical Center - Northport, NY

Greenway USA, as the General Contractor, oversaw demolition and renovation of laboratory providing both anatomic (surgical pathology, cytopathology, autopsy) and clinical (laboratory medicine) pathology and physician required tests. Scope of work included furnishing and installation of a negatively pressurized work area, demolition, complete inventory, and installation of VA procured material, casework, floor tile, patching, painting and a complete MEP Package. 

Weill Cornell Medicine Vivarium Expansion

New York, NY

Provided complete phased demolition and carpentry package to Skanska (Prime CM) as subcontractor on expansion of Vivarium Center. Project included all temporary barrier construction required to meet infection control standards, demolition, reconstruction of interior walls/barriers, doors/hardware, flooring, and painting services.

Preconstruction and construction of 4,00 SF high-end physical therapy offices and gym set.
