Project Completion Announcement!

Greenway USA is delighted to announce the completion of our first project for the New York State Office of General Services (OGS).

OGS brought on Greenway USA a year ago to complete the renovation of the 11th and 12th floors of the Shirley A. Chisholm State Office Building on Hanson Place in Brooklyn. The building is named in the honor of Shirley Anita Chisholm who in 1968 became the first black woman elected to the Congress, where she New York’s 12th congressional district for 14 years.

This major year-long build-out included new walls, flooring, ceilings MEP Package and installation of a completely new furniture system on both floors.
