Greenway USA would like to thank Columbia University for allowing us to work on their latest project at 90 Morningside Drive.
This was a full gut renovation of two 1,650 sq ft faculty apartments including structural repairs to floor joist sistered to existing, sub flooring, framing and insulation, all new electrical service and branch wiring.
Also included was the need for new plumbing lines, sheetrock ceilings and walls, trim work and doors, cabinetry, ceramic tile, quartz tops, lighting.
Both apartments were completed in 5 months while navigating the tighten restrictions and protocols caused by the Omicron variant.
