DeForest North & South Housing for Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory
Greenway USA is proud to announcement our first new Project Completion of 2022. The Deforest North & South Housing for Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.
The building had originally served as the old estates horse stables; was later converted into two housing units and now needed an update and refresh.
Work on both houses included removal and replacement of all windows, new kitchen cabinetry as well as full gut and replacement of bathroom. All new luxury vinyl flooring throughout. Installation of new lighting fixtures, switches, and receptacles. New baseboard heating. Painting, new doors and trims.
