Project Completion Announcement!

Greenway USA is delighted to announce the completion of our second major laboratory renovation for the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

The project location was the Ullmann Research Center for Health Sciences building on the college’s South Campus in the Bronx.

The scope of work was a complete gut and renovation of two lab spaces for conversion into a new wet laboratory, a microscopy suite, researcher office space, and tissue culture room. The job included all demolition, casework, phenolic lab-tops and shelving, flooring, drywall, painting, electrical systems, plumbing systems including lab gases and HVAC work encompassing new ductwork, new Air Handling Units and VAVs, and fume hoods.
