Greenway USA installed synthetic turf including, fall attenuation pad, drainage layer, geotextile fabric, and synthetic turf and edging. Included was the installation of two (2) Printed Film Areas on both sides of the turf installation.
New York State Office of General Services
Shirley Chisholm State Office Building - Brooklyn, NY
Complete gut renovation of the entire 11th and 12th floors of state office building. Buildout of new walls, flooring, ceilings. MEP Package and installation of new furniture systems throughout the space.
Exterior Lighting and Security Upgrade - Albert Einstein College of Medicine
Bronx, NY
Excavation and installation of poles, pole bases and related conduit and power wiring. Heavy rock excavation was encountered and the penetration/waterproofing of Forchheimer Building foundation was required to secure new power for the lighting and low voltage cabling for the security cameras source from basement of building. New security cameras were installed on new light poles to allow Einstein Security a better view of area prone to crime. Site was regraded and landscaped.
Culvert Replacement for Department of Environmental Conservation
Lake Eaton, Hamilton County, NY
Replacement of three existing 24-inch, 30 foot long HDPE culverts with a 2x8x24’ H20 rated precast culvert. Scope of work included an upstream temporary dam, excavation and removal of the existing roadway and culverts, stream bed leveling, installation of the new box culverts and backfill and compaction, and finally the installation of new timber guiderails.
Wayfinding Paver Installation for Battery Park City Authority

Removal of existing pavers along .5 Miles of the Battery Park City esplanade and installation of new Wayfinding Signage Pavers at BPCA managed locations.
Packed Aeration Tower System

Masonry scope of work for the new Packed Tower Aeration System at the Seaman Road Station for City of Glen Cove under a contract to R.J. Industries Included all concrete masonry units and face brick for the new 2,100SF, 40’ tall tower structure
Long Island DDSO - DASNY
Ridge, NY
Removal and replacement of 36,00 SF of asphalt pavement, replacement of 6 ADA ramps, 500 LF of concrete curb and installation of 2 leeching basins and associated HDPE pipe.
Flying Point Beach Comfort Station
Town of Southampton, NY
Ground up construction of new guard post and complete renovation of the parks comfort station. New ADA ramp, IPE decking and hand rails, pile driving. Full gut renovation of bathrooms including new plumbing and electrical fixtures.
Empire State Trail “Battery Park City Gateway” Kiosk
Battery Park City, NY
Complete site excavation, grading, concrete footings, foundations, slab, masonry, and stonework. In addition, the project required stone paver engraving and kiosk fabrication and installation.
Westhampton Beach Salt Shed
Town of Westhampton Beach, NY
New construction of a 1500SF salt shed facility and associated site work on 1/2 acre lot for the Village of Westhampton Beach. Project included site clearing, utility work, concrete formation, prefabrication dome structure, roofing, garage door, mechanical and electrical systems.
Hempstead Lake Tennis Court Rehabilitation
Hempstead, NY
Rehabilitation of four (4) tennis courts, utility mark out, survey and stakeout, removal and disposal of existing tennis court net posts and footings, wood edging and asphalt playing surface. The work also includes installing new tennis net posts and footings, wood edging, asphalt base and top course playing surface and acrylic top surfacing with painted playing lines.
Battery Park Playground
New York, NY
Updates to the deteriorating playground due to normal wear and weather conditions. Work included the performance of select demolition work, entailing the removal, storage, and/or disposal of the Site components. Perform milling and filling of the asphalt surface in accordance with the Construction Documents. Furnishing and installation of new playground equipment. Removal, storage, and reinstallation of seventeen (17) metal surface-mounted benches. Painting of the asphalt surface to match new game stencils. Repointing of the existing brick walls as needed.
West Hamilton Beach Flood Door Installation

Installed flood barrier doors by P.S. Industries in 3 garage bays and 2 flood doors for West Hamilton Beach Volunteer Fire Department.
