When contracting with larger, well known construction management (CM) and general contracting (GC) firms, substantial overhead and operational costs are transferred to the owner increasing the overall cost of the project. The larger construction firms subject clients to large, complicated fee structures and convoluted "mark up" entitlements making the process more difficult and more expensive than it needs to be. 

Greenway USA is not affiliated with any organized labor group and can therefore manage your projects with non-union or union trade craft personel. 


Our Alliance of Veteran Owned Companies

Similar to our standard B2B (Business-to-Business) strategic initiatives for marketing and corporate growth, we purposely seek out and partner with other veteran-owned businesses through our V2V (Veteran-to-Veteran) initiative.  Everything from our talent acquisition, internal office supplies and safety equipment purchasing, to teaming with subcontractors on our large construction projects, we seek out Veterans who can help us succeed and continue to grow, all while helping their own careers and business growth along the way.
